Dave Proehl is currently the XP Opertations at Abundant Life Church. Dave has a long and accomplished history with the [Boy Scouts of America](/org/boy-scouts-of-america). Dave started with the organization in August 1998 as an Associate National Director for the Cub Scout Division. In this role, Dave was responsible for promoting and developing policies and programs to expand the concept of Cub Scout resident camping across the nation. Dave remained in this role until April 2001 when they transitioned to their current position at Abundant Life Church.

Dave Proehl has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Western Oregon University and an Associate's Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from [Portland Community College](/org/portland-community-college). Dave also has a High School Diploma from Vernonia High School where they were a member of the National Honor Society.
