Kareem Tabbaa

Kareem Tabbaa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kareem is currently working at Abwaab as a Product team member. Prior to that, they held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at the company.

Before joining Abwaab, Kareem worked as a Product & Growth Advisor for various startups, specializing in Fintech, Edtech, and SaaS. In 2017, they joined Wahed Inc. as the Chief Product Officer and later became the Chief Growth Officer.

Kareem also has experience as an Analyst at HeadStart Advisers Ltd. and as the COO / Partner at Diversified Retail Trading PSC. Kareem began their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and worked as a Summer Intern at Investcorp and Arab Banking Corporation (Jordan).

During their time as a student at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Kareem participated in the Entrepreneurial Challenge and achieved a top four finish out of hundreds of contestants worldwide. Kareem also gained experience in trading stocks, options, and derivatives during their Summer Internship at Arab Banking Corporation (Jordan).

Kareem Tabbaa completed their primary education at the Amman Baccalaureate School from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program. During this time, they focused on subjects such as Economics Higher Level, Physics Higher Level, Chemistry Higher Level, Mathematics, English, and Arabic.

After completing their secondary education, Kareem continued their studies at Cass Business School from 2009 to 2013. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Banking and International Finance. Their field of study primarily revolved around finance, particularly in the context of the general industry.
