Cici Gong

Cici Gong has diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Cici started their career as a Structural Engineer at the State Forestry Planning and Design Institute of Forest Products Industry in 2006 and worked there for a decade. Cici then joined Hanson Precast as a Structural Draftsman from October 2017 to September 2018. Afterward, they worked as a Structural Draftsman at Alpha Engineering and Development for a brief period in 2018. From December 2018 to April 2020, Cici served as a Structural Designer at Cubitic Consulting Pty Ltd. Most recently, they have been employed as a Software Engineer at Abyss Solutions Pty Ltd since June 2020, alongside their continued role as a Civil Engineer since January 2021.

Cici Gong obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Beijing Forestry University from 2002 to 2006. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Diploma in Structural Engineering from TAFE NSW. Later in 2020, Cici Gong completed the SQL for Data Science Specialization program at the University of California, Davis. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in data science and engineering, including Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau, Data Wrangling, Analysis and AB Testing with SQL, Learn SQL Basics for Data Science Specialization, SQL for Data Science Capstone Project, Distributed Computing with Spark SQL, and SQL for Data Science. In January 2016, they also obtained the MIEAust certification from Engineers Australia.
