Hassan Ullah Shah has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Hassan Ullah started their career as an Intern at the Government of Pakistan's Communication and Works Department, where they worked on small-scale infrastructure projects. Hassan Ullah then worked as a State Department Coca-Cola Fellow at Indiana University, focusing on developing a business plan to address unemployment and job security issues in Pakistan. After that, they worked as an Undergrad Researcher at the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, where they redesigned traditional concrete blocks to improve their earthquake resistance capability. Hassan Ullah also worked as a Trainee Engineer at National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK), monitoring and supervising construction activities for the China Pakistan Economic Corridor project. In their most recent position, they worked at Abyss Solutions Pty Ltd, starting as an Asset Integrity Engineer and eventually progressing to Lead Asset Integrity Engineer. In this role, they provided technical oversight on engineering projects and managed a team to achieve project objectives. Hassan Ullah also played a key role in the development and supervision of operational activities in Pakistan.

Hassan Ullah Shah has a diverse education history. Hassan Ullah completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering (CE) from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Hassan Ullah Shah also gained specialized training in Entrepreneurship, Business Feasibility Studies, and Small Scale Business Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2015.

Before entering university, Hassan Ullah Shah completed their GCE Advance Level in Pre-Engineering at the University of Cambridge from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE/IGCSE Ordinary Level in Science from the University of Cambridge from 2008 to 2010. Hassan Ullah also completed their O and A Level in Science and Pre-Engineering at Sargodhain Spirit Trust Public School, Rashidabad from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hassan Ullah Shah has obtained several certifications.
