Masood Naqshbandi

Masood Naqshbandi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and sales, currently serving in a GTM role at a Stealth Startup since August 2023. As a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Abyss Solutions Ltd since November 2014, Masood has played a crucial role in developing the company into a leader in autonomous systems by building and leading high-performing commercial and sales teams that achieved consistent revenue growth. With a focus on customer-centric solutions leveraging robotics, AI, and 3D modeling, Masood contributed to significant cost reductions and safety improvements for clients in collaboration with major organizations such as BP and BAE Systems. Masood's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Materials Chemistry from the University of Sydney, complemented by various research and teaching roles, including positions at Osaka University and UTFPR.
