Andrew Phelps

Andrew Phelps is the Chief Operating Officer at AC Disaster Consulting, where Andrew helps clients develop risk reduction and consequence management strategies. Prior to this role, Andrew served as the State Emergency Management Director and Homeland Security Advisor at the Oregon Department of Emergency Management. Andrew also has experience as an Emergency Manager at the City of Santa Fe and as a Volunteer Firefighter at the Santa Fe County Fire Department. With a strong educational background in emergency planning and management, including a BA from John Jay College, Andrew is dedicated to ensuring communities are prepared for emergencies and disasters.
