Prior roles include ownership of Scotland Itinerary Planning and various positions at People's Energy, WebBeds, JacTravel, and Rocco Forte Hotels, where skills in customer service, data processing, and travel operations were honed. Kate holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University and additional qualifications in tourism and beauty therapy.
