Additionally, Mafalda held various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, managing reservations teams and optimizing revenue through strategic inventory management. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Swiss Hotel Management School and a degree in Tourism Management from Universidade de Aveiro.
