Jenny Jones has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Billing Manager at Smith Anderson since April 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Operations Manager at AC Restaurants since January 2019. Previously, Jenny worked at Union Square Hospitality Group as Purchasing Manager, where significant accomplishments included establishing efficient purchasing systems, developing vendor relationships, and maintaining a low food cost in a fine dining setting. Earlier roles include Receiving Manager at Gramercy Tavern, Cook at Del Posto Restaurant, and various positions in internships and volunteer work. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management & Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute.
