Max Staloff

Max Staloff has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Max is currently Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at ACA Connects. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Jenner & Block from 2022 to 2024 and at Hogan Lovells from 2021 to 2022. Max also gained valuable experience at the Federal Communications Commission, where they held various roles including Special Counsel to the General Counsel, Legal Advisor Detailee, and Attorney Advisor. Max interned at Verizon as a Legal Intern and served as a Research Assistant at The Georgetown Law Journal's Annual Review of Criminal Procedure. Max also worked as an Intern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney. Max completed their education at Georgetown University Law Center.

Max Staloff earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2014. Max then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Georgetown University Law Center, completing their degree in 2017. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Max attended Kentucky Country Day School from 2000 to 2010.
