Frank Catteeuw

Frank Catteeuw is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Frank has served as a Chief Human Resources Officer at ACA Group since September 2020, where they lead the HR function and acts as a member of the management team. Prior to this, they were the Owner/HR & Change Leader at HR Quadraat since May 2017, where they focused on implementing transformation and change, and developing sustainable HR strategies. Frank also worked as a Senior Consultant at FENIX CONSULTING from May 2017 to September 2020. Frank has held various HR leadership roles in organizations such as SGG Group, bpost, The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, PwC, GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, and SHL. Frank started their career as a Scientific Researcher/Consultant at KU Leuven, where they were involved in research projects related to organizational culture and HR practices. Overall, Frank has over 20 years of experience in defining and implementing HR strategies and processes, as well as leading HR and organization development initiatives.

Frank Catteeuw completed their Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from K.U.Leuven, graduating in 1987. In 1989, they pursued a Master's in Management from the same institution. In 2010, they attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Education program on Strategic Leadership Series focused on "Leadership & Innovation". In 2013, they obtained a Coaching Certification (ICF) from The Coaching Square.
