Colin Winkler serves as Senior Counsel at ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, since January 2020, while also holding the position of Corporate Counsel. In addition to legal practice, Colin is an active Boys' Lacrosse Official for the Upper Midwest Lacrosse Officials Association since May 2020 and has previously been a head coach for the True Lacrosse MN 2027AA boys' lacrosse team. Colin's legal career includes roles such as Document Review Attorney at NightOwl Discovery, Financial Crimes Consultant at Wells Fargo, and Attorney Editor at Thomson Reuters. Earlier experience features management and supervisory roles with CACI International Inc at the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as legal practice at The Law Office of Colin D. Winkler, PLLC and Law Offices of Jonathan Gelber, PLLC, focusing on various aspects of litigation and corporate law. Colin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from American University, after attending Kenyon College.
