Vincent Montalbano is an experienced recruiting professional, currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at ACA Talent since September 2014, where Vincent leads a team of sales recruiters on various RPO and executive search assignments, maintaining direct client relationships with C-Level executives and HR personnel. Prior to this role, Vincent was an Executive Recruiter, recognized as a top revenue producer, responsible for sourcing and presenting compatible candidates to hiring managers. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Warehouse Manager at Thinkvacuum's from January 2008 to August 2014, managing inventory and providing transaction reports, a Marketing Intern at iHeartMedia in 2012, and a Baseball Coach at Zion Lutheran School from 2013 to 2014, where leadership skills were utilized to engage and educate young players. Vincent holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
