John Davis (Bo)

John 'Bo' Davis has a diverse work experience in the aquatics industry. John started their career in 1999 as a Senior Lifeguard/Pool Manager at MWR-Aquatics, where they worked until 2007. From 2006 to 2014, they also worked at CSA Ltd. as an Aquatics Supervisor and Senior Lifeguard. In 2007, they joined Vectrus as an MWR Aquatics Supervisor/CPO, a position they held until 2017. In 2011, they also worked at Exelis / K-BOSSS as an Aquatics Lead/CPO. In 2018, they became a Manager at SwimMetro. John then joined YMCA of Greater Richmond in 2019 as the Aquatics Director. Lastly, in 2019, they joined acac Fitness & Wellness Center as an ACAC Lifeguard/Instructor & CPO.

John 'Bo' Davis attended Salem High School from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies.
