Erica Nakano is a clinical research professional with extensive experience in mental health and neuroscience. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Coordinator at Acacia Mental Health since November 2021, Erica previously worked as a TMS Technician and Patient Care Coordinator at Mindful Health Solutions from April to November 2021. Earlier experiences include an internship at Community Health Partnership, supporting workforce development projects, and a research assistant role at the UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain, focusing on the neuroscience of music and its implications for neurodegenerative diseases. Erica began their professional journey as a student assistant at the UC Davis International Center, where tutoring students from diverse backgrounds enhanced Erica's ability to adapt lessons to various audiences. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Davis.
