Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in process optimization and cross-functional solutions. At Acacia Communications, now part of Cisco, Michael independently improved operational efficiencies and oversaw the integration of essential business systems post-acquisition. Notable achievements include architecting quality systems to reduce RMAs and enhancing database performance through advanced optimization techniques. Prior roles included work as a characterization/process engineer at Luminus Devices, where custom software solutions were developed to address process bottlenecks, and a consultant/developer at Bluestone Consulting Group, focused on dashboard design and programming. Early in their career, as an associate engineer at SIONYX, Michael learned VB. NET and created automation programs that significantly enhanced operational yield and reduced errors.
