Currently serving as Group Director of Talent Attraction at Acacium Group since April 2016, Jay has held various roles including Head of Talent Attraction, Talent Attraction Team Manager, and Senior Talent Attraction Specialist at Liquid Personnel, which is a part of Acacium Group. Prior to this, Jay worked at The Hill Group, part of MRINetwork, as an Executive Search Consultant. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy from The University of Salford.
