Karen Goodyear

Karen Goodyear is a Learning and Development Partner at Acacium Group, having joined in January 2023. In this role, Karen contributes to the people team of a global specialist healthcare solutions partner. Prior to this, Karen served as a Sales Manager at A&E Agency from April 2016 to January 2023, overseeing a team of recruitment consultants focused on recruiting doctors for locum positions. Karen's career also includes experience as an Operations Manager at Asclepius Managed Services, managing recruitment and compliance teams, and roles at Pulse Staffing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and at Medacs Healthcare as a Client Officer. Karen began her career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from 2006 to 2009. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Photography from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
