Tom Richards

Tom Richards is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Acacium Group, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tom was the Divisional Finance Director at Capita Customer Management from July 2011 to February 2017, and also served as Divisional Finance Director for Workforce Services during that time. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Xchanging as Finance Director for both Xchanging Broking Services and Xchanging Technology Services from January 2008 to January 2011. Tom holds a 2.1 degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, earned between January 1995 and January 1998.
