Andreas Földényi

Andreas Foeldenyi is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at academia group since October 2018, Andreas also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Favoris Group, JobDone, Faventix AG, and NWS Executive Search AG, demonstrating a strong commitment to strategic governance. As a Delegate of the Board of Directors at Swiss Academy Group and a member of the Board of Directors at CARENEA AG, Andreas actively contributes to improving the healthcare system in Switzerland. Additionally, Andreas has been the owner of Anovia GmbH since July 2003, providing specialized project support and management services focused on Human Capital Management.
