Daniel Hodson

Daniel Hodson has extensive experience in the technology industry, currently serving as the Head of Software at Academia the Technology Group. Daniel manages a BDM team of 3 reps and has developed key relationships with vendors, distributors, and partners. Daniel oversees Academia's entire £45m annual revenue for software and is tasked with developing a strategy to deliver £100m annually. Daniel has successfully transitioned transactional orders to longer Multi-Year SaaS solutions and has onboarded Academia Cyber Services focus for FY24. Earlier in their career, Daniel also held roles such as Higher Education Sales Manager, Senior FE/HE Account Manager, and Education Account Manager where Daniel demonstrated leadership and sales expertise.
