Heath Boice - Pardee

Heath Boice-Pardee, EdD is currently the Head of Practice for Service Excellence at Academic Impressions since November 2015. Heath also works as an Instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology, developing training programs on customer service in higher education. With experience as an Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at RIT as well, Heath has a strong background in enhancing the campus experience and student satisfaction. Previously, Heath served as the Interim Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, championing multicultural initiatives and inclusion efforts. Boice-Pardee's extensive educational background includes a Doctorate in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education from Rutgers University, along with other degrees and certificates in related fields.
