Jennifer Scott Mobley

Jennifer Scott Mobley, Ph.D. has a wealth of experience in higher education leadership and communication studies. Starting their career at Ohio University, Jennifer has held various roles at different institutions, including Grove City College and the University of Tennessee. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and a Professor of Communication Studies at Grove City College, Jennifer is also an Executive Coach & Leadership Development Instructor at Academic Impressions. Jennifer is the founder of the Early Career Women Collective and runs their own leadership development consultancy. Known for their expertise in career coaching, executive leadership coaching, and mentoring, Jennifer is dedicated to empowering emerging leaders and improving the lives of students.
