Bradleigh Leblanc

Bradleigh LeBlanc is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and senior management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Legal at Academic Partnerships since October 2019, Bradleigh previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Petro Harvester, where involvement in upstream exploration and production was prominent. Prior legal experience includes a tenure as Senior Counsel at Occidental Chemical Corporation, leading significant projects and handling mergers and acquisitions, as well as serving as Associate General Counsel at STMicroelectronics. Additional experience encompasses a role as Senior Attorney at JCPenney, where corporate governance and contract negotiations were key responsibilities, and as a member of the Corporate Securities Group at Haynes and Boone, LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Bradleigh holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
