Andrew Graf

Andrew Graf has extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Andrew is currently serving as the SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at Academic Programs International (API) since January 2023. Prior to this, Andrew was the VP Finance & Operations at GoodRx from April 2021 to October 2022. Andrew also held the position of COO/CFO at HealthiNation from April 2014 to April 2021. Additionally, Andrew served as the SVP Globalization at The Weather Company International in 2013 and as the COO/CFO at PulsePoint from November 2008 to January 2013. Before that, they worked in executive positions at Enliven Marketing Technologies and as a Global Corporate and M&A Associate at Milbank LLP. Andrew started their career as a Litigation and Corporate Summer Associate at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP and as a Senior Financial Analyst at HarperCollins Publishers. Andrew began their professional journey as an Experienced Staff Accountant at ARTHUR ANDERSEN, LLP.

Andrew Graf earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993. Andrew then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, attending from 1996 to 1999.
