Sallie Turnbull

Sallie Turnbull is a seasoned professional in international education and career programming, currently serving as the Director of Internships and Career Programming at Academic Programs International (API) since October 2021. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Clemson University from January 2008 to November 2021, where roles encompassed Associate Director for Program Management and Faculty Support, as well as International Programs Coordinator for the College of Business and Behavioral Science, highlighting achievements in program development and administration of study abroad initiatives. Additional experience includes work as a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory since June 2016, and an Education Abroad Intern at UNC Charlotte from January 2006 to January 2008. Sallie holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education with a focus on Student Affairs from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Georgia.
