Scott Flanagan

Scott Flanagan is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Executive Coach at Academic Search, Inc. since September 2019, Scott has collaborated on nearly 30 searches, including 10 presidential searches across more than 20 institutions. As the Principal Consultant at Flanagan Solutions, Scott focuses on executive coaching, strategy, talent development, and governance. Previously, Scott held various leadership positions at Edgewood College, culminating in a presidency that achieved record graduation rates and diversity. Other notable roles include Vice President of Planning & Enrollment at the University of Saint Francis and Associate Consultant at Noel-Levitz. Scott holds an EdD in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
