Xavier Beulens

Xavier Beulens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in higher education and public service. Currently serving as the Directeur de cabinet du recteur délégué pour l'ESRI at ACADEMIE DE BORDEAUX since November 2022, Xavier also holds the position of Conseiller at CESER Hauts-De-France since September 2019, actively participating in multiple commissions focused on lifelong learning, citizenship, and youth issues. Previous roles include technical advisor in the office of the President at Université de Picardie Jules Verne, and partnership coordinator at OpenClassrooms. Xavier has a robust background in student engagement and project management, demonstrated through leadership positions such as President of the Fédération des Associations Étudiantes Picardes and Vice President at ARES. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Law with a focus on Social Law, alongside a solid foundational education in law at Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
