Kawtar Kazeb has extensive experience in performance improvement and quality management, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar held various positions at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, including Responsable Certification et Processus, where responsibilities included leading quality management systems across African sites and monitoring performance improvement initiatives. Kawtar also served as Responsable Études et Statistiques, focusing on operational quality analysis and management of quality-related projects. Additionally, as a PMO, Kawtar supported cross-functional project management initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and effective reporting.
