Alix Lasker

Alix Lasker has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Assistant to the SchoolAppKC Director at Show Me KC Schools since August 2022. Lasker has been with Académie Lafayette since 2010 in various roles, including Communications, Digital Process & Technology Integration, Personal Finance Teacher, Newsletter Editor, Middle School Design Teacher, FLL Robotics Coach, and Computer Teacher for K-8. Prior experience includes serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Kansas City Public Schools from August 2007 to April 2009. Alix Lasker holds a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education from Baker University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in K-12 French Education from Missouri Southern State University (2005-2007), along with an Associate’s Degree from Cottey College (2004-2005).
