Jonathan McGill

Jonathan McGill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan is currently working as a Partnerships Manager at Academy21 since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing at Conscious Solutions from 2021 to 2022. Before that, Jonathan worked as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Munro Forensic Actuaries from 2019 to 2021, where they achieved a 12% increase in sales and led the sales and marketing team to the biggest year in the company's history. From 2017 to 2018, they ran their own business consultancy, specializing in supporting small to medium-sized businesses in multiple industries. Jonathan also held various positions at Pearson Education South Africa from 2008 to 2017, including Director of Marketing, Regional Director, and Regional Development Manager, where they focused on business development and oversaw marketing activities in Africa. Their earlier experience includes working as a Development Officer at The Little Gym International, Inc. from 2006 to 2007.

Jonathan McGill completed their Matric at Pinelands High School. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Stellenbosch University from 2002 to 2004, majoring in Psychology, English, and Sport Science. In 2018, Jonathan obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School. Jonathan subsequently earned a BPhil Honours degree in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School in 2019.
