John Sagun

John Sagun is an experienced maintenance manager with a robust background in the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager for the BodyRite division at Academy Bus since January 2015, John oversees the comprehensive operations of a full-service body and heavy collision facility catering to 15 locations along the east coast. Prior to this role, John held several positions at NJ Transit from November 2002 to December 2014, culminating as Superintendent of Bus Maintenance, where responsibilities included managing the service and maintenance of over 200 buses and a team of approximately 100 union employees. John's earlier experience includes supervisory roles as Foreman I and Foreman II, as well as technical roles as a Technician/Driver/Operator at Nicks Towing Service from 1995 to 2002. John is a graduate of Saddle Brook High School, class of 1983.
