Karen Diperi

Karen DiPeri has extensive experience in the hospitality and event management sectors. Currently serving as President of HMG Plus since November 2012, DiPeri leads an award-winning firm specializing in hospitality staffing and training. In addition, DiPeri holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at the Academy for Hospitality Arts, which offers educational resources for the industry. As a member of the 2018 Conference Planning Committee for the Society For Hospitality & Foodservice Management and President of the New York Staffing Association, DiPeri contributes valuable insights to the field. Furthermore, DiPeri is the founder and Event Co-Chair of Farming Our Future, a significant conference dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Also possessing experience as President of DiPeri & Co, a culinary event company, and previously leading Hospitality Marketing Group, DiPeri's background is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business from Hofstra University and a certificate from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
