Ellie Jorling is a Research Associate at AcademyHealth since August 2023, bringing a strong background in policy analysis and donor engagement. Previously, Ellie interned at the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, conducting research on the Community Health Worker workforce and advising on best practices for Medicaid State Plan Amendments. Significant experience includes roles at the U.S. Soccer Foundation, where Ellie managed donor relationships and coordinated partnerships, and the U.S. Department of State, where Ellie reviewed grant applications for sports diplomacy initiatives. Additional internships at the Smithsonian Institution and the National Women's History Museum showcased Ellie's research and social media skills. Ellie holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in History from Kenyon College.
