Teasha Pelham (Powell) is a professional with a BA in Business Administration from Towson University and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. Teasha has been working at AcademyHealth since 2006, currently holding the title of Vice President, HR & Employee Experience. Prior to that, Teasha worked at The Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association from 2001-2006 as a Human Resources Specialist. In their roles, Teasha plans, organizes, and directs various activities within the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, and organizational development and training.
