Kasia Pinky Tarka has extensive experience in event management and customer service within the music and festival industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire since September 2021 with Academy Music Group, Tarka previously held various roles including Supervisor at Festaff, where responsibilities included managing volunteers and coordinating festival logistics for major events like Glastonbury and Creamfields. Tarka has also worked in multiple positions at IMG and Showsec, contributing to operational management and customer interaction at large-scale events. With a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and Advertisement from Uniwersytet SWPS, Tarka blends educational knowledge with practical experience in high-pressure environments.
