Prior to this role, Phil accumulated 15 years at Live Nation Entertainment, where responsibilities included General Manager. Phil's career at Live Nation began in 1994, progressing through various managerial positions including General Manager and multiple Deputy Manager roles. Phil holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Huddersfield, earned between 1989 and 1994.
