Olivier Belleflamme

Olivier Belleflamme is an experienced legal professional specializing in IP, IT, and data protection law. Currently serving as an Associate at AKD since February 2022, Olivier also works as a Visiting Lecturer at the Academy of European Law ERA, delivering lectures on various data protection topics, including the roles and responsibilities of data controllers and processors. Prior experience includes positions as a Junior Associate at DALDEWOLF and a Litigation & Risk Management Lawyer at Loyens & Loeff. Olivier's educational background includes an LL.M. in European Competition & Intellectual Property Law from the University of Liège and a Master's in Law with a focus on economic applications from Université libre de Bruxelles.
