Jacky Meracle

Jacky Meracle, CAE, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Membership Services at the Academy of General Dentistry, overseeing a team focused on membership recruitment and engagement. With extensive experience in chapter engagement at PCMA, including roles as Director and Manager, Jacky Meracle managed multiple North American chapters and supported volunteer leadership. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce, where membership grew by 25%, and various positions at Association Management Center and local government. Jacky Meracle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Hospitality from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
