Annie (Rakoczy) Schuster is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical pharmacy, currently serving as Sr Director of Government Clinical Pharmacy Programs at Cigna since July 2007. In addition, Annie holds the role of Residency Program Director for the AMCP/ ASHP Accredited PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency Program and has previously worked as Director of Clinical Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Annie has been actively involved with the AMCP since January 2003, contributing as a Board Director and engaging in multiple committees, including Educational Affairs and Professional Practice. Annie's earlier experiences include a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and serving as a Schweitzer Fellow at Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis. Academically, Annie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Illinois Chicago. Community engagement includes participation in the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, serving on the Nashville Alumnae Club board from 2011 to 2022.
