Jonathan Temple has extensive experience in operations management and advocacy, currently serving as the Distribution Center Operations Manager at HCI since April 1995, overseeing second shift operations for a large facility. Concurrently, Jonathan serves as the Advocacy Captain for SHRM in North Carolina's 11th Congressional District, championing HR initiatives across 17 counties. Additional roles include being a Notary Public for all 100 counties in North Carolina, and a peer reviewer for research journals associated with the Southern Management Association and Academy of Management.
