Courtney Lykins currently serves as the Director and President Elect of the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB) at the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses, where responsibilities include collaborating with the board to enhance certifications for nursing professionals. Lykins has extensive experience in nursing education and management, including a position as Nurse Manager for Staff Education at UPMC, supervising a 15-member nursing education team. Previous roles include Nurse Professional Development Specialist at PinnacleHealth System and various nursing positions across multiple specialties.
