Rahaf al Bochi

Rahaf Al Bochi, RDN, LD is a seasoned nutrition expert and the founder of Olive Tree Nutrition LLC, which specializes in virtual nutrition coaching and media communications with a focus on fertility, prenatal nutrition, diabetes, Mediterranean diet, and intuitive eating. With extensive experience as a freelance writer for national media outlets, including Eating Well and Food Network, Rahaf has also served as a media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, receiving the 2020 Outstanding Service to the Media Award. Additional roles include Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator with the Atlanta Diabetes Association and previous positions at Gwinnett Medical Center and DaVita Kidney Care, where Rahaf provided patient education and tailored nutrition strategies. Educational background includes a BASc in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University.
