Biaggio McPhee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT project delivery. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for Information Technology at Academy Sports + Outdoors since 2013, Biaggio McPhee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital transformation and Master Data Management technology, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project execution. Prior roles include being an award-winning Principal Consultant at IBM, where Biaggio McPhee provided strategic visions in digital transformation, and IT Director positions at both the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County and Plains All American, where impactful business intelligence and data warehousing initiatives were implemented. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Regis University and an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from Irvine Valley College, with a PMP Certification currently in progress.
