Brian Ferguson

Brian Ferguson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Academy Sports + Outdoors since August 2021, Brian previously held the position of Director of Real Estate at both Academy Sports + Outdoors and Chair King Backyard Store from 2016 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Brian gained valuable expertise as a Senior Real Estate Manager at Conn's HomePlus and has worked as a Real Estate Investment Banking Intern at both Stout Risius Ross and HFBE, Inc. Notably, Brian received an Honorable Mention for “Superior Financials” during the ULI/Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Houston and a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
