Charles Adiukwu, Jr. is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy, content production, and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Multicultural, Brand, and Social at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Charles has previously held key positions including Head of Marketing at Counter Logic Gaming and Director of Content for the XFL's Houston Roughnecks. As the Founder and Editor in Chief of The Game Fanatics, a gaming lifestyle blog, Charles championed diversity in the gaming community, garnering a significant following. Additionally, Charles founded Fanatical Mind Creative, a branding agency, and has provided consulting services through Charles Powers Consulting, LLC.
