Doug Alexander

Doug Alexander has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as Vice President of Store Operations at Academy Sports + Outdoors since July 2017, after holding the role of Sr. Director for Store Operations, Workforce, Process, & Technology. Prior experience includes working at hhgregg Appliances & Electronics from March 2011 to June 2017, where Doug held roles including Vice President of Sales, Operations & Training. Doug's career began at Sears Holdings Corporation in January 1996, progressing through various positions such as Director of Region Sales & Operations and District General Manager. Doug holds a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
