Joe Condomina

Joe Condomina serves as the VP of Enterprise Architecture and Integration at Academy Sports + Outdoors since June 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Sally Beauty from September 2017 to January 2025, where strategic roadmap development and e-commerce re-platforming were key achievements. Joe also contributed to the integration efforts during the Sterling-Zale merger as SVP of IT Solution Delivery at Signet from June 2015 to September 2017. As VP of Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering at Zale from March 2012 to June 2015, Joe led a significant modernization project transitioning to PaaS/SaaS platforms. Joe's career began at Neiman Marcus, where responsibilities included overseeing systems for direct-to-consumer and online e-commerce operations from April 2000 to March 2012. Joe holds both an MS and a BS in Computer Engineering from Southern Methodist University, obtained in 1998 and 1996, respectively.
