Kevin Alborzi

Kevin Alborzi currently serves as the Director of Core Technology & Digital Platforms at Academy Sports + Outdoors since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at bp from March 2018 to September 2025, including GenAI Product Leader, where responsibilities encompassed the development and scaling of bp’s first enterprise-scale Generative AI platform, and Lead Product Manager overseeing a $15 million portfolio in Subsurface, Wells, and Cloud platforms. Earlier, Kevin served as Service Delivery Manager for Petrotechnical IT, managing global service delivery across 14 countries. Kevin's career also includes roles at Wipro Limited as Petrotechnical Delivery Lead and Senior Consultant, and a position as Field Engineer at Halliburton, providing significant insights into engineering and operational workflows. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University.
