Kiel Grizzard

Kiel Grizzard is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Procurement at Academy Sports + Outdoors since October 2008, Kiel oversees procurement for IT, omnichannel, stores, and construction, while developing effective sourcing and negotiation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Kiel held various positions at Target from July 2005 to October 2008, including Procurement Manager, Industrial Engineer II, Distribution Manager, and Executive Team Leader. Kiel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Georgia Southern University between 2000 and 2005.
